Excellent service all around! Checked in quickly, got a room with a comfy king-size bed, and a cool view of the city 😊.

Loved it from the moment we entered, can just recommend this place. The room was large, and we had a magnificent view of the city. The service was excellent; we had 4 special nights here. The location was strategic; for example, the Asian Development Bank was relatively near the hotel.

The room was newly renovated and well-kept, with a great view and a comfortable king-size bed; also, the location was convenient, as everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance.

The staff were professional and the wake-up calls and ironing were free of charge. Its location at a medium distance from SM Megamall was convenient and strategic. The area was comfortable, a perfect place for me. It had a good restaurant for dinner.

The food here is top-notch, the service is excellent, the building and rooms are nice with a king-size bed, and the location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of everything.

And there was Mcdonald's with short-orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, super convenient.

Check in very,very slow, room not ready although early check/in pre/advised. 900P/day for Wifi is a rip-off.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff are accommodating too. Excellent location.

You could provide more water bottles as promised for an IHG member. Only two were provided as part of the room upon check in. The IHG app was not user friendly that is why I opted to book a room using Booked.net.

As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and quick assistance from the staff. The room was amazing, very clean and spacious with a great city view. The location was strategic, next to a mall and walking distance to outdoor eateries. The staff was polite, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay awesome. The proximity to Robinson's mall was a bonus, allowing me to watch a movie and dine out easily. the comfort and convenience of not having to drive through Manila's stressful traffic was much appreciated.
